The Senior Civil Engineer is a senior-level position requiring a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch, M.Arch)
and typically 4-10 years of professional experience. The profile focuses on leading design projects,
managing client relations, and ensuring construction aligns with high design standards
Core Responsibilities
Design Leadership: Lead the conceptual, schematic, and detailed architectural design
development while ensuring the original design intent is maintained throughout execution.
Project & Client Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, conduct client meetings,
understand requirements, and translate them into innovative spatial solutions
Nice-to-Have Skills
• Advanced Revit/BIM Management experience.
• LEED, IGBC, or Green Building certification.
• Experience in large-scale commercial, hospitality, healthcare, or mixed-use developments.
• Expertise in Lumion, Enscape or other rendering software.
• Business development and proposal preparation experience.
• Value engineering and cost optimization expertise.
