Sales Executive - Precision Machining
We are looking for a Sales Executive who is willing to generate new business opportunities, develop strong customer relationships, and drive business growth for our precision machining solutions.
Job Description
Company is launching a new Precision Machining Operations Division. We are seeking a technical and results-driven Sales Executive to drive business growth, expand our client base, and showcase our expanded manufacturing capabilities to B2B clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Prospect, pitch, and secure new B2B clients for custom precision machining services.
2. Upsell existing customer base to acquire machining business and expand key accounts.
3. Analyze customer requirements, engineering drawings, and specifications to offer viable machining and manufacturing solutions.
4. Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including RFQs (Request for Quotations), proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closure.
5. Work closely with the engineering and production teams to evaluate project feasibility, pricing, and delivery schedules.
Requirements & Qualifications
1. Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Production
2. Experience: 1 - 5 years required
3. Basic to advance understanding of precision machining / part manufacturing operations, including CNC, VMC, Turning, Milling, Hobbing, Broaching, Molding, Over molding, and surface treatments like Hardening & Anodizing.
4. Ability to read/interpret engineering drawings, strong negotiation skills, and clear communication.
5. Prior experience in B2B technical sales, industrial sales, or business development within manufacturing / machining sector
